The Quality Review & Audit Lead Representative will audit the accuracy of client installation loaded into Diamond to ensure that the implementation process complies with CGHB policies and procedures and client requirements.
Responsibilities:
Audits are performed to ensure analyst installing the client’s accounts are in accordance with CGHB policies, procedures and client requirements.
Manage audit activity assigned, meeting all key deliverables inclusive of expected turnaround times.
Document findings in the quality repository, ensuring documentation is clear and concise.
Identify and recommend improvements in department processes and procedures and assist in the development of audit guidelines and resource materials.
Work fluidly with team members and business partners to facilitate customer-centric solutions.
Actively engage in quality initiatives to address error trends and process improvement.

Qualifications:
Diamond experience required.
1+ year of CGHB Claims/Client Services experience is highly recommended but not required.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Client Quality/Audit program preferred (QUAD) but not required.
Ability to function in a production environment and deliver high quality results, DPL experience a plus.
We expect this role to remain virtual, work from home, and have a typical schedule within Monday – Friday, normal business hours, or as business needs dictate.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 22 - 34 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
