Your opportunity

We’re looking for a Quality Technician Specialist to join our Quality Team in Austin, TX. You’ll be responsible for the RMA process.

What you’ll do

Process incoming RMA in INFOR/ERP system
Complete the high level failure analysis on RMA parts
Record the analysis report
Escalate the new/important customer issues to Quality/Design engineering
Working cross-functionally process the disposition of RMA parts

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED preferred
Fluence product knowledge / current failure modes
1+ years’ experience working with testing procedures
Experience with Microsoft Outlook (Work, Excel)
Good communication skill in both written and verbal using English

Ability to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
