The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

The site of Bessemer is part of the Thermal Systems Business Group (THS).This entity develops systems, modules and components to manage the thermal energy of the powertrain, as well as comfort in the passenger compartment, during all phases of vehicle use and for all types of engines.

Our Information Systems is looking for a VIE Business Analyst to be part of the team for 18 months. You will work in an international and interdisciplinary environment.

Your challenges?

• Plan, maintain and monitor the Quality Assets on the shop floor (PPAP, PFEMA) and ensure that Quality contractual aspects are taken into account as for example audits, and Process adherence.
• Deploy standard business processes and applications within sites and shared services
• Train and support business users.
• Ensure functional and technical coherence between Group standard and local implementation.
• Manage open issues and tickets related via the the analysis and resolution of issues
  • Analyze and escalate complex system level issues,
  • Create and specify change or evolutions requests,
  • Document workarounds, special flows.
  • Document troubleshooting knowledge (E.g. QRQC)
• Train and guide operators, users and maintenance teams about the systems operations and the standards.
• Carry out the costing with the project managers of the necessary Quality investments, time calculations etc …
