Senior System Developer - Finance Systems
Why We Have This Role
We are currently seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to meet the growing needs of the business. The Finance System Developer will work with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement system changes in order to maintain data integrity, drive efficiency and effectiveness, and streamline and automate processes.

Things You'll Do
System Management and Customization:

- Customize NetSuite fields, forms, workflows, records, and user roles to fulfill business requirements.
- Develop and implement custom scripts and integrate with third-party applications as necessary to enhance functionality.
- Ensure the reliability and stability of ERP configurations and customizations.
Project Management:

- Participate in the planning and implementation of NetSuite projects including system upgrades, implementations, and other changes.
- Collaborate with various business units to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Support and Training:

- Provide ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users and resolve issues efficiently.
- Train end-users on new and existing ERP features and functionalities.
Optimization and Reporting:

- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that can be achieved through NetSuite system enhancements.
- Create and maintain reports, saved searches, and dashboards for various business needs.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and usability to ensure smooth operation and data integrity.
Compliance and Best Practices:

- Ensure adherence to best practices in system configurations and operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite features, upgrades, and updates.
- Implement security and permissions in compliance with organizational standards.
What We're Looking For on Your Resume
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development, configuration, and system administration.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite’s ERP modules.
- Experience with API integrations, Web Services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
