Quanata is seeking a People Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, shaping organizational culture and fostering a high-performance work environment.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge in employee relations investigations and issues
Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Develop and implement People strategies supporting business objectives
Design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement and growth
Provide coaching to managers on performance management and development
Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions
Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
