We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales GTM Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Sales GTM Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional Sales, Marketing, and Account Management talent across various teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving talent acquisition initiatives. 


The role is based in Toronto and is hybrid 3 days a week in the office. 


Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of hiring manager positions/needs, and serve as a trusted advisor for their recruitment strategy, while maintaining a highly diverse and talented pipeline
  • Be your candidates' advocate throughout the hiring process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and close
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.
  • TA projects as needed e.g.: employer brand, referral program, process improvement, etc.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of Sales and GTM recruiting experience
  • A track record of hiring best-in-class candidates
  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates
  • You thrive at building collaborative relationships 
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels
  • A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficient with modern recruiting tools - we use Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Tech (SaaS, PaaS, E-commerce, etc.) industry experience is highly desired

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast operates in a hybrid work model. This model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time.
