The opportunity.

We are looking for a driven, logical, and attentive analyst to join our recently created Revenue Operations team. Rev Ops at Quantexa is the strategic integration of sales, marketing, and customer success departments to provide a better end-to-end view, while leaving day-to-day processes within the departments. The holistic approach of revenue operations is designed to break down silos!  

What you’ll be doing.

  • Manage, maintain and improve our revenue team’s tools and systems 
  • Own, maintain, and improve our CRM platform Salesforce 
  • Support our Salesforce Experts in their day-to-day administration and their projects to improve Salesforce 
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce, HubSpot and additional Rev Ops tools. 
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other tools HubSpot, Planhat,NetSuite, etc 
  • Manage the solutions catalogue for our lines of business 
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. 
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data. 
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing. 
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support. 
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables. 

What you’ll bring.

  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification 
  • 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce configuration, implementations, and integrations 
  • Experience in defining the product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce.com 
  • Be an expert with respect to system functionality and best practices for implementation 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders in developing strategies for evolving Salesforce to drive future revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, strengthen competitive positioning, and improve operational efficiency
  • Proficient in assisting business units with adoption strategies, including reports and dashboards to measure success 
  • Experience with managing system demand and governance, ensuring IT service delivery aligns with both business unit needs and organizational goals
  • Skilled in identifying ways to adapt the system to better support business processes 
  • Strong capability in defining and clarifying business cases for proposed solutions and workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering clear value propositions.
  • Experience with optimization of CRM strategies, systems and related processes to increase involvement and advocacy of our supporters 
  • Skilled in identifying and optimizing engagement KPIs and key metrics for RevOps systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance improvement.
  • Serve as the onsite Salesforce expert educating cross-functional teams on the best practices for leveraging Salesforce to drive deeper supporter engagement 
  • Exceptional knowledge of various Salesforce modules and CRM business processes 
  • CPQ experience is desirable and a big plus
