Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Full time, Anywhere)

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that integrate with blockchain and decentralized applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML, hands-on experience in coding LLM-based applications, a deep interest in Web3, and is eager to explore the intersection of artificial intelligence and decentralized technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies into various systems and applications.

• Research and experiment with emerging AI techniques, particularly large language models to enhance functionality and innovation.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support AI/ML processes.

• Analyze data to extract insights and improve decision-making.

• Stay informed about advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.

• Implement SotA techniques into engineering pipelines.

• Test, evaluate, and iterate on AI models to ensure continuous improvement.

• Work cross-functionally to define objectives, requirements, and success metrics for AI initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical field.

• 3+ years of experience working as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role.

• Proven experience working with Large Language Model (LLM) applications. Proven experience with at least one of the AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.

• Proficiency in Python. 

• Basic understanding of blockchain concepts, decentralized networks, and smart contracts.

• Familiarity with data processing pipelines, model deployment, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience in analyzing structured and unstructured data, especially blockchain on-chain/off-chain data.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation at the intersection of AI and Web3.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building AI solutions for blockchain/Web3 products such as decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, or DAOs.

• Familiarity with languages such as Rust, Go or Solidity.

• Large Language Model red teaming experiences.

• Engagement in popular AI-related open-source projects.
