decent pay and benefits the pay is not the best in industry, but it is still good they also have tons of benefits like quarterly off-sitesCons
the work environment is super toxic, everyone is there just to personally please the CEO and founder, Richard Ma. It is mostly about him, rather than success of the company. people don't act professionally, and there is no consequence. The company sometimes feels like a scam-shop, just focused on making money by any means possible. Not aligned with broader set of values in web3 industry at all.
