š About the Role
This creative marketing professional will be responsible for executing innovative marketing events and programs that drive the sales pipeline. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with a tenacious, positive attitude. You understand that you are selling a brand experience as much as you are selling a product.
The position requires superior organisation and communication skills. You must have strong hands-on planning and execution experience with the ability to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders with professionalism, anticipate project needs, execute project plans, meet deadlines, and adhere to budgets. You will work closely with your marketing counterparts to continually surprise and delight Quantum Metricās customers, prospects and partners, building memorable bonds and emotional connections to the Quantum Metric product and brand.
The successful candidate embodies the ability to āthink globally and act locallyā by driving consistency with Quantum Metricās global message and value proposition while adjusting for regional nuance (EMEA). Working in a highly matrixed environment, this position achieves results through relationships with global marketing functions and savvy execution in-region. Clear communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, strong business acumen, and broad marketing capabilities are key to success in this position.
