Job RequirementsThe Integrated Testing Leader will lead a technical team to drive the testing workstream within a strategic and complex project of 400M+. Skills and knowledge will focus on planning and executing integrated testing, ensuring readiness for successful Customer handover. An emphasis on test planning and coordination of support across disciplines will be key, along with a willingness to be directly involved in level-1 equipment/controls/WCS validation and operational testing, including warehouse execution systems (WES).The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated testing and an extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. You will be a subject matter expert for bridging the gap internally in project teams and externally with the Customer. Finally, this role will be responsible for gaining system acceptance with respect to rates and achieving success for the client’s business goals.Responsibilities• Ensure internal and external teams are aligned on the solution, the integration, integrated testing, and requirements.• Drive collaboration throughout project technical teams and third-party partners to successful execution against project requirements.• Lead the development and execution of testing plans for all equipment and software to validate that the technical solution aligns with project performance requirements.• Work to identify defects, document them for tracking, and collaborate with the team to resolve these issues.• Ensure that controls and software systems, inclusive of third-party partners, have been validated and tested to delivery specifications.• Monitor the acceptance tests of equipment as executed/supplied by third-party partners.• Define the acceptance test procedures of the entire system and lead the execution of these tests.Education / Work Experience:Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: industrial, mechanical or civil engineering, business or industrial or construction management. Experience should be in one or more of the following:• Distribution center (DC) environments• Integration management• Supply Chain consulting related work• Program/project leadership and/or supply chain executive leadership positionsWork ExperienceKnowledge / Skills / Competencies:• Expert business acumen competencies, demonstrating extensive understanding and advanced skills with demonstrated application.• Expert understanding of indirectly and directly managing multiple workstreams and projects.• Demonstrated ability to manage remotely.• Constantly communicates both upstream and downstream while coaching and developing others.• A highly advanced understanding of listening, verbal, and written communication competencies and skills, with extensive demonstrated application of the skills.• Highly advanced skills for solving complex problems, developing solutions, and teaching and developing others.• Highly advanced and demonstrated skills in developing and managing scope, timelines, and budgets.• Exceptional time management competencies demonstrated through extensive experience in delivering and managing others in delivering highly complex programs and projects on time and on budget.• Highly advanced presentation development and delivery skills.• Highly advanced Customer management and project leadership skills, demonstrated through extensive consultative experience and knowledge.• Highly Proficient understanding of MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project & Visio)• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50-75%, as per project needs.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Master’s Degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Project Management, Business
