Customer Success Specialist

QuickNode is seeking a Customer Success Manager to nurture top accounts, drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion revenue through technical guidance and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage approximately 100 customers in small and mid-markets
  • Onboard customers, determine objectives, conduct strategic engagements, negotiate renewals and expansions
  • Develop strategies to retain high-risk accounts, address client issues, and communicate resolution plans
