This role will be instrumental in leading and supporting Quisitive’s delivery processes and tools, operational strategy, and insights and analytics, with the ultimate goal of enabling our delivery organization to operate efficiently and successfully.This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.What will my role entail?The Director of Delivery Operations will report to and work directly with Quisitive’s Customer Excellence Executive VP (EVP) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and leadership experience in delivery operations management within a consulting or technology services environment, preferably Microsoft-focused. Key responsibilities will include:• Partnering with the EVP to develop and execute strategic and operational management initiatives, ensuring alignment with company performance and profitability goals and objectives• Acting as a trusted advisor and extension of the EVP, providing support in daily operations, communications, and special projects• Collaborating with internal operations and delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in delivery operations• Identifying areas for process improvement within the delivery organization and working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions• Managing and analyzing billability and forecasting metrics for delivery teams, ensuring targets are met and resources are efficiently utilized• Developing, organizing and presenting Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) for delivery leadership, providing insights and recommendations for efficiencies and improvements• Designing and implementing dashboards to track and visualize key metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making across the delivery organization• Providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on delivery performance, including risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendationsWhat’s required to be successful in this role?• 8+ years of experience in delivery operations management• Strong understanding of delivery operations, including resource management, billable hours tracking and forecasting and KPI management• Strong strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for the details• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment• Strong leadership, verbal/written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills• A strong collaborator with the ability to influence, promote teamwork and build relationships at all levels of the organization• Professional, credible presence and excellent executive-sponsor presentation skills• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation is a plus• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• Willingness to travel when required (minimal)What else would set me apart?• Previous consulting experience in a leadership role• Previous experience with a Microsoft systems integratorWe are looking for curious initiative takers to join our team, so if you are passionate about being a leader and working with smart people that are committed to accomplishing great things, then apply today!Please, no third-party agency inquiries, and we are unable to offer visa sponsorships at this time.About QuisitiveWith significant growth since 2016, Quisitive is rapidly achieving our vision of becoming the premier, global Microsoft partner as we continue to expand across the United States, Canada and India.
