Quora’s Growth Sales team focuses on driving revenue impact by serving as strategic partners for our advertising customers. We’re a group of ambitious, entrepreneurial individuals spread out across three continents who love talking with our customers as well as crafting new methods to bring them more value. We strive to be experts in digital advertising, customer service, and operations and we move very quickly to get things done.
You’ll be a key member of Quora’s Growth Sales team in India. In this role, you’ll be expected to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals, establish deep relationships with strategic partners, and devise creative solutions for increasing advertiser demand. Your focus will be both on advertisers in India and the APAC region including Australia/New Zealand, Singapore, and South East Asia.
Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners on Quora
Identify and create customized email marketing plans to activate new, inbound clients across APAC
Educating clients on the value of Quora’s ad platform and helping them realize that value
Become a product expert and provide advertiser support with our ticketing system, highlighting trends and product requests to the product development team
Proactively help your clients grow and optimize their campaigns as well as in resolving technical issues they may be facing
Be a voice for the India/APAC market at Quora, push forward new initiatives that will drive impact for the business
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of online media sales experience, or 1-2 years of online media experience with a Master’s degree
This role requires handling international markets, so candidates must be flexible with multiple time zones and working outside India office hours.
Experience navigating complex sales cycles, including coordinating with legal, engineering, and other stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
Deep knowledge of prospecting and online sales strategies
Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
Previous experience in Sales/Marketing
Experience handling advertisers in one of these markets: India/Australia/New Zealand, Singapore/South East Asia/ Europe/USA
Experience optimizing campaigns across multiple ad platforms
