This role is pivotal in driving Quorum growth, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to end clients.The Director of Alliance Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, developing, and managing collaborative relationships with strategic channel partners and system integrators, with a focus on driving revenue growth, customer success, and partner and client satisfaction. Drawing inspiration from industry leaders like Salesforce and SAP, this role combines strategic partnership development with a strong emphasis on building services delivery capabilities.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership Development:• Identify and recruit new system integrators and consulting partners to expand global delivery capabilities for Quorum’s industry-leading software solutions like Energy Components, Planningspace, Reserves, etc.• Evaluate partner performance and provide ongoing partner management and support.• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, aligning partnership strategies with overarching business objectives.• Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic channel partners to drive mutual revenue goals and customer success.• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Quorum teams, including services, sales, marketing, product management, to ensure alignment and maximize partner engagement and success.• Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, managing day-to-day partner relationships and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.• Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks and regularly assess partner performance against established metrics, providing actionable insights and guidance for improvement.• Lead initiatives to optimize partner performance, enhance service delivery quality, and drive revenue growth.Services Delivery Capacity Building:• Assess and enhance partner services delivery capabilities. Design and implement comprehensive plans to scale services delivery capacity, including training programs, certification processes, and resource allocation strategies.• Continuously monitor and optimize capacity-building efforts to meet evolving business needs and industry standards.• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for partner services offerings.• Provide guidance and support to partners in crafting compelling value propositions, marketing collateral, and sales enablement resources.• And other duties as assigned.Requirements• Proven track record of success in channel partnership development and management, ideally in implementation of complex, client critical software solutions.• Deep understanding of services delivery processes and best practices.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and then drive results in a fast-paced environment.• Strong leadership experience, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.• Experience working with global partners and navigating cultural nuances.• Willingness to travel as required.Preferred Skills• Experience with industry leaders in this space such as Salesforce, Anaplan, SAP, Coupa and Workday is advantageous.About Quorum SoftwareQuorum Software connects people and information across the energy value chain.
