Job Description

Regeneron is currently looking for a Learning Facilitator with a Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm schedule. The Talent Development Learning Facilitator will work independently and collaboratively within the Talent Development team to help prepare, coordinate, and deliver workshops for a global employee audience. Candidate will ensure training programs are delivered in a way that helps employees develop their skills and fosters career advancement. This position will be 40 hours per week and require flexibility for various shift needs. The selected candidate will also collaborate with internal Talent Development team members to support the overall performance management agenda and promote the company’s core values, known as The Regeneron Way.

As a Learning Facilitator, a typical day might include the following:

• Delivering leadership and managerial training workshops virtually or in-person.
• Refining workshops to strengthen the delivery and receptivity of material.
• Refining activities within the training and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from participants
• Maintaining records of enrollment and completion.

This role might be for you if you have:

• Facilitated workshops that meet the emerging needs of a business, gathered feedback on the quality of trainings from participants, and maintained records of enrollment and completion.

• Familiarity with various teaching and facilitation techniques, including experience with in-person and virtual training workshops for adult learners.
• Proven communication skills with a high level of integrity, follow-through, and customer service.
• Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with diverse teams.
• Excellent team collaboration skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Results and detail oriented
• Can effectively cope with change and can shift gears comfortably
• Experience with EQ 2.0 and MBTI Certification
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

• Ability to work independently with some direction from senior colleagues

To be considered for the Learning Facilitator you must be willing and able to work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. You must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology/Organizational Development, Education or related field is required. 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following HR subdisciplines: Learning and Development, Professional Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development and HR Business Partnering. Expertise in leadership and management training, with a willingness to partner and collaborate with a global audience. Excellent team collaborative skills.
