Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive our growth strategy and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships to achieve sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth and expand the company’s market share.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business relationships.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and business objectives.
Sales Forecasting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports to communicate progress to senior management.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of business plans.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new business leads.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and industry knowledge..
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or a related field.
