UX Designer (Remote)

Rackner, a software consultancy, is looking for a UX Designer to provide user experience design support to various teams and stakeholders in the Platform One program.

Skills

Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma
Understanding of human-centered design and interaction design
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping purposes

Responsibilities

Provide user experience design support to service delivery, user experience, marketing, customer success, data analysts, and leadership
Conduct user surveys and produce data in professional presentation mediums
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance overall user experience
Provide virtual onboarding experience for DoD product teams
