Why Join Us:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our commercial team in executing key marketing tasks and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and adept at using Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, and Sheets), Canva, and basic video editing to aid with creation of marketing assets. In addition, the person in this role will be a key player in organizing commercial assets, executing marketing tasks, and managing social media content. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of a dynamic startup and accelerate their own career.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take the lead in organizing and maintaining marketing assets, ensuring accessibility by the team and proper categorization

• Support execution of various marketing initiatives including campaign setup, email marketing, and social media management

• Contribute to the creation and design of engaging social media posts, adhering to the brand's voice and style guidelines

• Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, and Sheets), Canva, and video editing software to create professional and compelling assets

• Aid in coordinating materials and logistics for webinars, conferences, and trade shows

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges with a proactive attitude

• Tech-savvy with a strong command of Google Workspace applications, Canva, and basic video editing

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to understand requirements quickly and drive to completion using critical thinking

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field; recent graduates are welcome to apply

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Responsiveness to requests where quick turnaround is required

• Looking to accelerate career in marketing by joining a fast growing tech startup and learning quickly

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

• Experience with marketing automation tools and best practices on social media platforms is a plus

• Interest in healthcare technology and SaaS
