About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and driven Product Marketer to join RadiantGraph as the first dedicated hire in this function. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product marketing strategy, bridging the gap between Product, Sales, and Client Success. You’ll lead efforts to define and communicate the value of RadiantGraph’s solutions to our target audience, support product launches, and ensure alignment across teams to drive adoption and growth. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco, CA office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Positioning & Messaging:

    • Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with healthcare decision-makers, including C-suite executives, VPs, and directors.

    • Craft narratives, sales demos, collateral that establishes RadiantGraph as a consumer engagement leader in healthcare.

  2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

    • Lead product launches and platform spotlights from conception to execution, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams.

    • Develop and execute GTM plans for new features, products, and integrations.

    • Collaborate on a unified strategy across channels (paid and organic).

  3. Sales Enablement:

    • Create materials that empower the sales team, including pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, demo videos, and webpages.

    • Help train Sales and Client Success teams on product positioning, value propositions, and messaging.

  4. Customer Advocacy:

    • Partner with the Client Success team to identify and amplify success stories.

    • Build relationships with key clients to leverage testimonials and insights for marketing efforts.

  5. Market Research & Insights:

    • Leverage competitive analysis to identify key differentiators and market opportunities.

    • Support gathering insights on customer needs, industry trends, and market challenges to inform marketing and product strategy.

  6. Content Development:

    • Lead and collaborate with our graphic designer to create sales collateral and assets, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and webinars.

    • Own product-specific content such as customer demos, feature announcements, and client success stories.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or health tech.

  • Proven ability to create and execute GTM strategies for new products and features for enterprise buyers.

  • Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills

  • Experience in crafting sales enablement materials and training cross-functional teams.

  • Excited about working at an early-stage (Series A) business

  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with the healthcare health plans, or marketing to healthcare decision-makers is a plus.
