We are looking for someone that can be a leader on the Organic Growth team with an emphasis on using deep strategic knowledge to guide clients into the best ways to grow their business through partnership with Raindrop.
The core goal of this role will be helping Raindrop grow and retain clients. Once clients partner with Raindrop they are excited to continue to learn and grow with us. We need someone that can bring DtC, Retail and CPG experience to the table in order to nurture these relationships, push clients to new heights and dive into the details when needed to bring forward strategic nuggets and insights.
This role will be responsible for supporting overall agency organic growth goals, leading client retention strategies and ensuring that Raindrop’s clients feel led on their marketing journey.
Cross department collaboration is key to success in this role. They will partner closely with Sales, Strategy, Account Management and Creative in order to ensure that the strategies, projects and plans our clients entrust us with are executed at the highest possible level to deliver incredible work with an amazing experience.
This will be a base + commission role that is based in San Diego. Client meetings are expected several times a month with existing clients on set in or around San Diego.
