Recruiter

We need you to source extraordinarily capable and ruthlessly ambitious engineers, scientists, and operators to help us control the weather. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, craft job descriptions, and drive the hiring process from start to finish.

• Collaborate with department leads to define hiring requirements and priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including technical, engineering, and support positions.
• Manage and optimize recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain and expand candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and networking.

• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in tech, engineering, or environmental sectors.
• Strong understanding of climate tech or environmental science roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
