The future for Raising Canes is growth focused and were on the path to being one of the top 10 restaurant companies in the United States.Responsibilities:Your Role at Raising Canes:TheReal Estate Managerrole is responsible for working closely with FP&A, operations, legal and lease administration to provide real estate management support to our existing restaurant portfolio. They will leverage a proficient understanding of leases, restaurant economics, fair... market value, and negotiating to optimize our occupancy costs for existing restaurants.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Proactively identifies upcoming lease expirations and initiates renewal discussionsReviews lease terms, conditions, and market activity to ensure best possible results during the renewal processCoordinates with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for lease renewalsConducts negotiations with landlords to secure favorable lease terms, including rental rates, lease duration, and any necessary lease amendmentsWorks with broker network to stay informed about local real estate market trends, rental rates, and market conditions to guide lease renewal negotiationsProduces Fair Market Analysis working with brokersMaintains accurate records of lease renewal negotiations, correspondence, and agreementsCollaborates with legal teams, as necessary, to ensure compliance with legal standardsGenerates regular reports and analysis on lease renewal statuses, upcoming expirations, and success ratesProvides insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trendsQualifications:Requirements for Success:5+ years of experience in corporate real estateExperience in lease renewal and portfolio management with multi-unit restaurant or retail operatorExemplary verbal and written language and grammatical skills, including the ability to interpret and abstract complex lease documents, and negotiate final lease terms with landlords and their attorneysBachelors degree in business or related field requiredDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple and changing prioritiesSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyMicrosoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and WordAble to work at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office located in Plano, TX#J-18808-LjbffrShow full descriptionCollapse
