Overview
Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Lead MTS Application and Validation Engineering to join our Memory Interface team in San Jose California. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.
As a Lead MTS Application and Validation Engineering, the candidate will be reporting to Sr. Manager of Application and Validation and is a Full-Time position. The engineer will work on developing the validation environment across bench and system for performance specification compliance using our PMIC designs. The engineer will require experience in application and validation of the Power Management IC or other Power Electronic designs.
Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of hand-on experience in PMIC application and validation, or Power Supply design.
(New graduates with Power Electronics background are also welcome to apply. The job level will be adjusted accordingly.)

Rambus offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, matching 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, time-off program, and gym membership.
The US salary range for this full-time position is $117,600 to $218,400. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
