Senior Regulatory Compliance Associate
Join Ramp Network as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Associate to manage BSA/AML/OFAC compliance while working with both internal teams and external partners. Help shape the future of Web3 as we bridge traditional finance with the crypto economy.

Responsibilities
- Review escalations of potentially suspicious activity
- Maintain a tracker of escalations meeting internal SLAs
- Provide feedback to analysts on investigations
- Handle US Law Enforcement requests
- Assist with regulatory examinations
- Submit blocked transaction reports to OFAC
- Create and pull management information reports
- Suggest improvements to compliance processes
- Train employees on BSA/AML/OFAC obligations
- Assist with quarterly board reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant compliance qualifications preferred
