Ramp’s Alliances Partner team focuses on partnerships with our large ERP partners and the SIs/VARs that serve them. As an early team member of a rapidly growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to help scale the go-to-market engine and strategy that fuels a key growth driver for the company. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions for resellers and systems integrators, enabling and onboarding their team members, and driving consistent channel lead generation.
Partner closely with the alliances partner team to build and execute comprehensive GTM plans for ERP partners and SIs/VARs
Own messaging, positioning, enablement, and GTM responsibilities for ERP partners and SIs/VARs
Develop and execute co-marketing opportunities and campaigns with partners
Drive revenue for Ramp through generating and nurturing leads from ERP and SI/VAR partners
Educate ERP and SI/VAR partners on Ramp’s offerings and articulate the value propositions
Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering teams to drive partner success and inform our product roadmap
Become an expert in Ramp’s product, features, and workflows
Minimum 7 years of experience in partner marketing roles, with a focus on resellers or strategic alliances
Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions for resellers and systems integrators
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across the company
A history of exceeding lead generation and revenue targets through partner marketing initiatives
Bias for action and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Prior experience working with large ERP partners and SIs/VARs
Background in financial services or fintech industries
