What Winning Looks Like:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website to sell tickets to our live events.
• Actively executing campaigns designed around customer acquisition and brand development.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, digital advertising to drive customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, sales, designers and writers to create and launch upcoming events and promotions.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

The Skills You Need to Win:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, experience with B2C.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience with digital marketing channels including email, social media and digital advertising.
