We're looking for an FP&A Analyst! This isn’t your typical FP&A role. Our company doesn’t do or leverage debt, and we were built on the financial principle that we move at the speed of cash. A good fit for our team will be someone who knows and loves the Ramsey Solutions and is ready to join our mission to disrupt the toxic money culture! The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong skills and experience in the areas of financial strategy, analysis, forecasting, data strategy and daily operations.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Timely preparation of financial statements, budgets, and projections for the squads and Digital Marketing Leadership Team
• Improved financial models over time lead to our Digital Marketing team making well-informed, data driven decisions
• Business units are able to identity the highest value opportunities and act on them with confidence 

Skills Needed to Win:

• +3 years' experience in the areas of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred 
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with NetSuite, Klaviyo or similar accounting tools

$53,800 - $79,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on level of skills and overall experience
