Our Ramsey SmartDollar Team is looking to add to our Sales Operations team. This person would be responsible for creating processes and efficiencies that benefit our internal sales team.
What Winning Looks Like:
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in troubleshooting workflow challenges.
• Documents and/or updates existing and new sales processes, training tools, and training schedules for all sales positions.
• Helps team with adoption of new technology for sales team members.
• Identify and resolve team process issues by utilizing appropriate data, tools, and resources.
• Maintain and optimize our systems to enhance their effectiveness for the sales department.
• Efficiently manage and document existing and new processes.
Skills Needed to Win:
• 1+ year of experience in data entry, operations, administrative, or similar job functions
• Experience with using reports and dashboards to track metrics
• Enjoys looking at numbers and data entry
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
• Salesforce experience is preferred, but not required
$41,800 - $65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits (this is NOT a commission role)
*Range depends on overall experience and level of skill
