Responsibilities:

The Circuit Simulation engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining industry-leading software designed to perform transistor-level analog and RF circuit simulation. The Synopsys circuit simulation team hires leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on circuit simulation technology. The engineer will have the opportunity to apply expertise in simulation algorithm, numerical analysis, and parallel computing to make innovations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.
• Excellent background and experiences on circuit simulators.
• Excellent Knowledge on numerical algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge on circuit theory and analog circuit design is a plus.
• MS or Ph.D. required.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $133,000-$232,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
