Job Duties and Requirements:

Defining and measuring component-level and system level signal integrity using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, etc.

Analyzing analog signal chains and developing applications circuits, reference designs, and evaluation boards
-
Creating circuit architectures, including PCB design, layout, and evaluation
-
Validating functionality of designs and developing digital tests to improve test efficiency and coverage
-
Preparing and presenting design reviews to internal groups and external customers
-
Will work closely with the design team to define test capabilities implemented in the design and defining test methods for circuits

May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job
-
May coordinate work with third parties, vendors, or trade customers

Plan activities with other team members - Supervision: Work is independent and collaborative in nature. Provides regular updates to manager on project/account status. No instructions on routine work; general guidelines for new assignments

Experience : BS degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years related experience, or MS in Electrical Engineering and 6+ years related experience

Full time position based in Mendota Heights, MN
Desired Knowledge:
-
Proficient with lab equipment including scopes, analyzers, sig gens, DMMs, etc.
-
Proficient in programming languages such as Visual Basic, C++, and/or Labview and writing scripts.

Experience or willingness to learn Allegro or similar PCB Layout Tools
-
Experience in analog and digital design and circuit analysis
-
Cadence, ADS, or similar simulation tool experience is a plus

Proficient in MS Office tools

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
