Lead Motion Animator - Social Media
Multimedia Designer...
Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Hours)
Length of contract: 12+month contract
Job Profile Summary
To provide high-quality and effective multimedia design solutions (including audio, video, animation, interactivity and UX support) that enhance our clients’ experience with our social media channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the in-house creative agency to develop social media strategies and campaigns that align with our brand identity and objectives.
· Create visually stunning and engaging multimedia content for our social media platforms, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements.
· Design and implement social media campaigns that drive user engagement, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh, innovative, and relevant.
· Leverage expertise in multimedia design to create compelling and impactful content that resonates with our target audience.
· Work closely with the in-house agency and brand marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and photographers, to create cohesive and visually appealing social media content.
· Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for social media content.
Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role, with a focus on social media content creation. Agency design experience, preferred.
• Proficient in multimedia design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate), and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent design and multimedia skills, with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and user experience.
• Ability to create captivating graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements that drive user engagement and enhance brand presence.
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and interactive design is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to write social media copy is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
