As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our success. You will provide recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team (TA) and various business units, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent support and drive success by providing a best-in-class candidate experience. Your efforts will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.salary: $35 - $42 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities• Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling on-site and virtual interviews. Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication.• Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment needs by coordinating with Hiring Managers/teams, coordinating interviews, and debriefing sessions.• Support Talent Acquisition team by creating and sending offer letters and associated documents.• Greet and walk out candidates during the onsite interview panel.• Initiate and monitor pre-employment background and drug test.• Work with HR Operations to provide onboarding support.• Track and report on key recruitment metrics and metrics.• Follow-up on pending job requisitions to ensure they are approved on time and move through the system workflow quickly to posting.• Maintain contact with candidates ahead of their start date to ensure they have all necessary information for their first day.• Great technical insight and ability to learn new systems and technology.• strong organization skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.• Other Administrative support as needed.• Position is office-based (3 days in office)Skills• Microsoft Office (2 years of experience is required)• Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required)• Talent Acquisition• Schedule Interviews (1 year of experience is required)• Offer Letters (1 year of experience is required)• Excel• Greet ApplicantsQualifications• Years of experience: 1 year• Experience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
