Change Management and Communication Specialist

**Overview:** We are seeking a Change Management and Communication Specialist to support a cross-functional business process transformation project. As a trusted member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing effective change management strategies and communication plans for high-scale, global transformation & implementation projects. **Responsibilities:**• Change Management: Apply change management processes and tools to develop comprehensive strategies supporting the adoption of project or initiative-related changes. Execute change management workstream for transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. * Communication Plan: Contribute to and execute communication plans aligned with organizational objectives and communications strategy to enhance employee experience and engagement. * Writing, Editing, and Designing: Create and edit a wide range of communications materials, including executive communications, internal announcements, presentations, internal social media and blog posts, and other relevant content. **Qualifications:**• 2 years of experience• Bachelor's degree• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills• *Benefits:**• Competitive hourly rate: $24.25 - $25.90• Temporary opportunity with possibility of extension• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility)• Opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive organization
