Digital Marketing Sales Executive

DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Sales Executive will serve as an individual contributor and sales subject matter expert across the sales team. In this role, you will work closely with marketing and marketing technology leaders from top brands, identifying Cella solutions to address their business challenges and enhance the effectiveness of their technology and investments. The Sales Executive will target specific personas within existing clients and high-potential prospects to create new opportunities across digital marketing teams. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers and developing new buyers within existing clients. If you are passionate about driving growth and innovation within a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.Skills• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing technology sales• Strong preference for offshore or nearshore sales expertise• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to analyze client needs effectively• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking capabilities• Proficient in using CRM software and relevant tools• Proficiency in Google mail, calendaring, and shared drivesResponsibilities• Qualify, develop, and close business across target accounts in North America• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the sales process• Respond to RFPs and RFIs• Maintain a high level of outbound sales activity• Collaborate with Strategic Account Partners and Account Managers on upsell opportunities• Document client interactions in CRM• Utilize marketing automation tools to facilitate outbound activity• Manage the contracting and agreement process• Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients• Drive growth through new, renewed, and expanded opportunities• Prepare and deliver reports on account status and performanceQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)• 7+ years in enterprise account management or client relations• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEducation Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldEducation Requirements Credential Category• Bachelor’s DegreeExperience Requirements• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing technology sales• Proven track record in enterprise account management or a similar roleWhy work in Salem, ORSalem offers a unique blend of historical charm and modern conveniences, making it a desirable location to live and work.
