**Overview:** We are seeking a highly experienced Onboarding Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Boise, Idaho. As a key member of our Global Onboarding team, you will leverage your expertise to improve onboarding processes, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver exceptional experiences for new hires and hiring managers. **Responsibilities:**• Develop and deliver outstanding onboarding experiences tailored to hybrid, in-person, and virtual settings, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires. * Manage and support global and regional partnerships, fostering solid relationships to provide scalable and streamlined onboarding solutions. * Create opportunities for new hires to connect and build a sense of belonging throughout their onboarding journey. * Lead global onboarding initiatives aligned with organizational goals and collaborate with program partners to drive continuous improvement. * Utilize AI-powered platforms to deliver personalized and efficient onboarding solutions, incorporating advanced technology into the onboarding process. * Track and analyze onboarding survey data, deriving actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the overall onboarding experience. **Qualifications:**• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, with a focus on onboarding program management and process improvement. * Proven ability in public facilitation, with advanced skills in leading, engaging, and captivating participants. * Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and patterns, supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance onboarding processes. **Benefits:**• Competitive hourly rate of $65-68• Temporary position with opportunities for growth and development• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility)• Opportunity to work with a world leader in memory and storage solutions and contribute to innovative projects that drive excellence in onboarding
