Operations Assistant

As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing orders, verifying financial information, and providing exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities:**• Manage orders through telephone and electronic ordering• Enter orders into system• Serve as a liaison between customers and the company• Verify and reconcile financial information• Problem solve account and billing problems• *Qualifications:**• High School Diploma or GED• MS Office proficient• Experience handling order processing for a distribution company is a plus• Must have accounting experience in A/P, A/R, or billing• Experience working with purchase orders is helpful• *Benefits:**• Competitive pay rate of $20-$23 per hour• Temporary to permanent opportunity• Hybrid work schedule, working from home 2 days a week• Company will pay tolls when hired• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility)
