Outbound 1st Order Filler Picker (Temp to Perm)

**Overview:**We are seeking an experienced Outbound 1st Order Filler Picker to join our team in Tracy, California. This is a temp to perm opportunity with a competitive pay rate and monthly incentives. If you have a strong attention to detail and experience with Cherry Pickers and RF Scanners, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:**• Packing and handling materials• Picking up pallets and offloading trucks• Lifting boxes and picking up trash• Making BOL copies and palletizing• Working in a smoke-free environment and performing manual lifting up to 50lbs• Standing for 8 hours at a time and working up to 2 hours of overtime per week• *Qualifications:**• Cherry Picker and Stand Up Reach experience preferred• RF Scanner experience required• Must pass a background check and drug screen• 0 years of experience, but experienced workers welcome to apply• *Benefits:**• Competitive pay rate: $20.99 - $21 per hour• Monthly incentives• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (based on eligibility)• Opportunities for growth and development with a growing company• Equal Opportunity Employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
