ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Track and manage all outbound & inbound shipments, Clear issues and delays to keep deliveries on time
· Performs and manages cycle count process, performing regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
· Create and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
· Manages data, creates reports and provides information related to Logistics & Inventory KPIs
· Maintain accurate inventory records
· Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, and Production to manage inventory levels
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts
· Support MRB process (i.e. Material Disposition: RTV, Scrap, etc)
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to inventory control
· Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
· Obtain transportation quotations with RMB’s partners to optimize costs and delivery, coordinate shipments with 3PL and logistics partners
· Accurately capture and communicate delivery requirements for each shipment to ensure the best possible customer experience
· Responsible for on-site and off-site inventory accuracy
· Manage material movements between warehouses and service providers/destinations
· Works to organize warehouse and floor-stock inventory layout to maximize the efficiency of space usage
· Supports warehouse material handling team in (un)loading and shipping as needed
· Picking, packing, and kitting
· Seeks to continuously improve warehouse, logistics, and transportation processes
· Other duties as assigned by management
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
· Experience with warehouse & logistics management, cycle counting, transportation, and 3PLs
· Knowledge of ERP & MRP systems (SAP a plus)
· Working knowledge of incoterms and their use in international trade
· Experience in a controlled environment (ISO, GMP)
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of logistics and inventory management experience
· ASCM Certification in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution a large plus
· Strong communication, problem solving, organization, and time management skills/abilities
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

· Ability to read, write and interpret information.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
· Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
· Ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 8 hours per day.
· Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push or pull.
· Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
· Ability to lift/carry items 50 pounds.
