Associate Account Director

RAPP is seeking an Associate Account Director to join their award-winning account leadership team. This role focuses on managing platform capabilities and features for lead capture and nurture activities for the US Army.

Responsibilities

Lead/manage/coordinate weekly client status meetings.
Manage client expectations, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Partner with clients, strategists, and functional leads to understand business goals.
Facilitate the development of project briefs in collaboration with strategic planners and analysts.
Collaborate with strategy and marketing sciences for business reporting and advertising analyses.
Ensure alignment with RAPP and integrated agency teams.
Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain management of leads data through the recruiting funnel.

Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or related field
