Quality Assurance Intern

Rapsodo is a sports technology company that designs computer vision and machine learning products to help athletes maximize their performance. With offices strategically located in Singapore, Turkey, the USA, Japan, and the UK. Rapsodo is the undisputed leader in sports technology. Current partners include all 30 MLB teams, MLB, USA Baseball, Golf Digest, PGA of America, and over 1000 NCAA athletic departments.

Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. We have offices located in Bayraklı & Technopark in the Izmir Ege University, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology as one of Turkey’s most successful Technoparks. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. Rapsodo is rapidly growing, and we are looking for team players who will contribute to deliver state-of-the-art solutions with us. We're looking for a Quality Assurance Intern to join us!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and document manual test cases for mobile applications
  • Validate new features and bug fixes based on requirements and user stories
  • Identify gaps, ambiguities, or inconsistencies in product requirements and provide feedback to the product team
  • Report bugs clearly and thoroughly using tools like Jira, including steps to reproduce and relevant device/environment details
  • Perform functional, usability, performance, and compatibility testing across a range of devices and OS versions
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure timely and high-quality releases
  • Assist in testing applications that integrate with hardware devices
  • Maintain clear documentation of test procedures, results, and known issues
  • Share regular test progress updates and reports with the team

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in software quality assurance and mobile application testing
  • Basic understanding of manual and automated testing concepts
  • Familiar with test case creation, bug reporting, and QA best practices
  • High attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences
  • Ability to follow test instructions and document findings clearly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira or any bug tracking systems
  • Basic understanding of software development or experience using mobile apps in a structured way (e.g., for school projects, internships, etc.)
