Senior Designer, Senior Architect

This role involves collaborating closely with Studio Leads and Design Directors, managing intricate jurisdictional processes, and maintaining project timelines. The Senior Designer also oversees a team of designers, manages communication with clients, and reviews complex construction schedules and budgets.

To be considered for the Senior Designer position at Rapt, you need a Master’s Degree in Architecture along with at least 12 years of experience in an architecture or design studio. Proficiency in BIM processes and Revit is a must, as is a solid understanding of local building codes and complexity in project execution. Additionally, candidates should possess strong graphic and organizational skills, as well as previous experience managing internal project teams.

As a Senior Designer at Rapt, you will work on a wide range of commercial projects, including ground-up constructions, core and shell repositioning, and creative workplaces. Your role involves handling both the conceptual design and detailed execution of architectural elements, facilitating a smooth project lifecycle while collaborating with various sub-consultants and stakeholders.
