Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in system administration and technical support
Knowledge of Windows operating systems
Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and staff
Monitor system performance and ensure efficiency
Install and configure hardware, software, and networks
Perform system maintenance tasks
Create and maintain user accounts and access levels
Monitor network security and ensure compliance
Generate reports, analyze data, and document processes
Provide administrative support to staff
