Program Operations Support
Raye IT Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Operations Support Manager to provide technical and administrative support for a U.S. Government agency. The ideal candidate will have a background in system administration, technical support, and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in system administration and technical support
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and staff
