RCM System Analyst
This position works in conjunction with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team and leadership to analyze data and trends to determine root cause of process failures and areas of opportunities to increase revenue. Assists with the implementation of projects, collaborating with team members in planning, implementing, evaluating projects developing measurable project goals and objectives and monitoring progress toward achievement.
Job Duties:

Identifies areas of process improvement opportunities in revenue cycle management process.

Collaborates with project teams, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.

Organize and monitor schedules to ensure deadlines are met coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently.

Monitors projects progress toward achieving goals and objectives and document key decisions.

Creates project management calendars for tracking and monitoring goals and objectives.

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, documenting, and following up on actions and decisions.

Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma?or equivalent
-
Three (3) years’?work-related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance?customer services, claims, billing, call center or management regardless of industry.?

Exact job experience is considered any of the above tasks in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment that routinely bills insurance.?
