RE/MAX 1st Service is a Orland Park, IL based real estate brokerage firm that specializes in assisting sellers with the sale of their home and assisting buyers with the purchase of their home. We are looking for a bi-lingual (English & Spanish speaking) administrative assistant. Candidate to work in an office atmosphere. Detail oriented with expertise in client support and excellent communication skills. Real estate experience preferred. Hours Monday - Saturday, approximately 4-5 hours per day.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting agent with their clients

• Preparing documents.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining an updated database.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of your work.
• Working with clients in person, by phone, and via email to ensure that each transaction is smooth and successful.
• Working with our team to prepare each transaction from start to finish.
• Preparing each transaction for the closing process.
• Communicating with clients and professional partners throughout transaction.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
