Real Estate Assistant

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Operating basic camera and media equipment
• Learn how to manage podcasts, social media, and YouTube
• Answer phones
• Greet clients
• Clean office
• Coordinate meetings
• Coordinate events
• Organize sales data
• Basic computer skills and more.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to grow are a must.
• A graduate of a basic media program who wants to learn business could be ideal but is also not necessary.
• Cultural fit is a priority

$12 - $20 hourly

• Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
• Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team

• Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
• Great written and verbal skills
• Previous experience in the real estate industry
