Onward Search needs an Architectural Photographer for a direct hire/staff opportunity at our client, a global commercial and residential real estate firm in the Minneapolis area.
In this exciting role, you will help our client's 24 million customers explore real estate opportunities through your high quality photos and videos to tell the story of the local neighborhoods where they are looking to buy, rent, or invest.
As a part of this role, you will be traveling throughout your territory (1 hour radius) on a weekly basis to capture the content needed, much of the editing can be done at home, but you will be required to go into the local office from time to time.

As an Architectural Photographer, You Will:
Create compelling interior and exterior media for residential local neighborhood
Use a variety of tools to create visually appealing media including professional-grade cameras, tilt shift lenses, drones, gimbals, sliders, 3D tour cameras, and others.
Edit all photography and video in a timely fashion resulting in a completed project.
Professional and effective communication with clients during all aspects of media shoots including scheduling, set up and on-site interactions.
What You Need To Succeed:
Experience as a professional Real Estate Photographer or Architectural Photographer with a portfolio of exterior and interior photos and videos.
4+ years professional real estate photography and videography experience
Experience of commercial drone photography is required
Must be able to edit your own photography
Experience with manual camera settings, lighting, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, MAC OS and MS Office.
FAA Part 107 Certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start
High School Diploma
