Real Estate Photographer

Onward Search, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly skilled and licensed Real Estate Photographer with expertise in drone photography and videography. This is a full-time, permanent position in Chicago, IL that offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing real estate portals in the industry.

As a Real Estate Photographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality photos and videos to help customers explore and discover real estate opportunities. In this exciting role, you will use your creative expertise to produce captivating interior and exterior shots of commercial properties, showcasing them in visually appealing and technically sound video formats using drones, steadicams, and other tools.

Responsibilities:
Produce original and professional-quality photography and video for assigned commercial properties.
Utilize drones, steadicams, and other equipment to capture visually appealing shots.
Edit all photography and video content to ensure high quality and seamless presentation.
Maintain professional and effective communication with clients during all stages of the media shoot, including scheduling, setup, and on-site interactions.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills to overcome challenges that may arise during shoots.

Skills & Experience Needed:
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as an Architectural or Commercial Real Estate Photographer.
Portfolio showcasing architectural photographs and drone videos is required.
Experienced Drone Photographer with FAA Part 107 License/Certification.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), MAC OS, and MS Office.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 10 pounds.
Occasional travel may be required each quarter.
Must have permanent US work authorization.
