Job Summary:
Are you a seasoned professional in the Real Estate Industry? Real is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Success Manager to join our Operations team. As a crucial member of our team, your primary responsibility will entail providing extensive support to ensure seamless operations throughout the team's journey, encompassing everything from system training to transactional facilitation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Pre-Onboarding Team Transition:
Coordinate pre-onboarding activities for new teams, including scheduling training sessions on transactions and reZen, our proprietary technology platform.
Ensure a smooth transition of active and pending transactions into reZEN by providing comprehensive training to team staff and agents on how to effectively utilize the platform.
Success Management:
Serve as the primary support for team leadership and key stakeholders, addressing team-specific issues promptly and efficiently.
Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
Submit product tickets for any issues requiring changes outside the scope of the operations team, advocating for timely resolution.
Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships between team leadership, Real operations staff, and the Real leadership team.
Gain a deep understanding of each team's operational cadence to provide tailored support and optimize their usage of Real systems and tools.
Facilitate strategic introductions to One Real Title and One Real Mortgage, leveraging these partnerships to enhance team success.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Direct experience in the Real Estate Industry, in roles ensuring compliance, optimizing brokerage team onboarding and training procedures, facilitating transaction setup transitions, and delivering continuous support to enhance operational efficiency.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to implement complex processes with State and Provincial Departments of Licensing
Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams, external partners and independent brokerages
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or related Real Estate experience required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate brokerage operations
Proven experience in project management and operations in Real Estate
