According to product business requirements, participate in architecture or program design, assist the company's VoIP-related product projects in DevOps implementation.
Troubleshoot all problems related to VoIP, SBC, PSX, etc
Design, configure and troubleshoot QoS classification, marking and prioritization of network traffic (voice, critical applications, etc.)
Participate in client calls and be able to convey difficult concepts in an easy to understand manner
Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
Experience programming in C/C++ & scripting in Python, Go and/or Java
Must have 5 years of experience in telephone system and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) technology; VoIP, RTP, SRTP, Networking, TCP/TLS protocol; Cloud Platform solution, AWS, OCI; Linux, Redis, MySQL, Keepalive, LVS, etc.; and WebRTC, P2P, STUN, TURN.
Must have an expert understanding of telecom architecture and protocols including PBX, SBC, SIPREC, etc.
Experience working in software development, support, and innovation in the areas of operating systems, unified communications, contact center applications, artificial intelligence, IoT, and/or SIP.
Building applications to interact with legacy VoIP, voice, contact center, self service, and data networking solutions
To fight deepfake fraud and misinformation.
